It would appear Vodafone are currently not a supported carrier to add funds to PS Wallet. When trying to top-up funds it only lists O2, THREE & EE.

To be honest this is the last straw regarding purchases and Vodafone for me. Not only do I have the same issue others do regarding the £10 limit on PSN for Vodafone but also for the past 4 years my Voda account will not let me charge more than approx. £10 to it from Google Play. I've spoken to multiple people in support from UK to Ireland to Asia  and they assure me each time it is sorted, it works for slightly larger purchases for 24 hours but then goes back to smaller limit each time. With my contract up in September I will be trying a different carrier.

Hello @Develynseether

I do appreciate your frustrated with Vodafone's charge-to-bill. and how it's currently working for you.

Your not the first to mention the caps and PlayStation.

That said I believe going from previous threads it's Sony that set the £10 limit.

The following thread is old but hopefully relevant to what we are discussing.

Please Note … Some information maybe old or the information updated in the thread I've added.

See the post from Alex who is a Vodafone Social Media Team Member …

Pay-monthly/Vodafone-Spend-Limit-reached-Pay4it.

There are more threads if you wish to conduct a forum search.

I'm sure your aware the spending caps on this service are  This limit is £40 per transaction and £240 in a single billing period.

I appreciate from what your write the spending cap isn't always working for you.

The Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger maybe able to look into this for you if you want to give them a crack at resolving this.

Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

From what you write these payment options are enough of a deal breaker to warrant moving Network's as I see your contemplating moving Network's.

How to cancel-your-account.

Tip : Don't cancel your direct debit as Vodafone will do this once the account is cancelled. This is to allow remaining bills to be collected and any relevant refunds issued.

May I ask are there no other forms of payment methods you can use instead of from your Vodafone account  ?

May I advise Please do check any other mobile provider via using a Payg sim card where you reside , work and commute etc. Online checkers are for indication only.

I'm sure you don't want to end with with a better way of paying for services via your next new contract but then have no signal or poor data speeds.

However you proceed I wish you all the best with this.
