Hi All
Has anyone else encountered this issue with the Z Fold 4 where the phone will not lay flat when unfolded displaying the main large screen?
I booked mine in for repair and even spoke to a repair specialist on the phone as they couldn't find a fault. They did say however it was cleaned which may have gotten rid of any debris underneath. I asked the guy if it was ok now, he said yes...low and behold it is not so i'm very diappointed as I've had no phone for a week now everything is wiped and I still have the problem. There's no point me even setting up again as it's likely going to have to be sent out again. My warranty runs out at the end of August too. Plus apparently I cant speak to the repair team on chat I have to call them up between 9am and 6pm so hopefully I get to speak to someone but then how do I know they won't see it again we'll complete this circle once more becaue they cant see it again,..really doubt i'll get the Fold 5 when released as apparently this issue happened to the Fold 3 as well. I've attached some pic so you know what i'm talking about...hopefully I can send them to the team too.

Hi @timsterooni I'm sorry to hear we were unable to resolve the issue you're experiencing with your phone. To help you with these, we'd need you to pop into your local store, ask a member of the team to take a look at the phone and it may need to be sent away for us to take a closer look and see if there's anything we can do to help. If this issue's happened to other devices in this range, it may be something the manufacturer is aware of and they maybe able to offer more help with this than us. If your reach out to them, I'm sure Samsung's Support team will be happy to help.
