Roaming in Jersey

I have global roaming on my plan, covering approx 50 countries. Does this cover Jersey in the Channel Islands?

Yes @Graham52BA  Jersey and the Channel Islands are included and are in Europe Zone 2.

As you can see here; Roaming Zones there will no no additional charges for using your phone.

Thanks AnnS. I was confused by Jersey call charges on my bill, but I now notice they were for UK to Jersey calls, so not roaming. The calls within Jersey are showing as free.

Hi @Graham52BA 

If you are calling Jersey from the UK it's going to be chargeable, quite strange really when you can call home from Jersey for free.  

As you can see from the link below, you will be charges 55p per minute for calls and unless you opt into international texts 35p for each text message sent.

Having to pay for calls to The Channel Islands or The Isle of Man is one of the paradox's of the phone system. They look like UK numbers but they aren't in the UK.
