I have Spotify premium as part of my entertainment package. I still have my contract for another year, however my Spotify suddenly changed to Spotify free. How do I get my premium account back?

Go to https://offers.vodafone.com/gb

Follow the security steps. It will then show you what you have available. If Spotify showing available as Free then click on it and it will take you to the Spotify Website to activate.
If everything is showing for a Price, then go to the next Tab, on the top which show what you already subscribe, If Spotify is there click on it and it will take you to Spotify Website to activate.

If that does not work, then either your contract has Expired, and if you think it should not have, then need to Speak to Vodafone to reset it.
