In the midst of discussing options with my partner about how we wanted to approach the end of our 24-month contract the chat was closed by the support member of staff and I can now not re-open a TOBi chat and start again.
Is there a cooldown on this or have I for some reason been blocked? I was not abusive or bad mannered.
Thanks in advance for any help.

If clearing cache and cookies and or using another browser or device does not work I'd suggest to try Live Chat or call 191 for assistance.
