When I log into the My Vodafone App or into my online account it just says that there are no active plans... but my plan isn't due to end until April 2023! Is this just a known technical issue going on? It's been like this for a few days now ....

edited to add: You can call Customer Services using the short 191 number @Doodles14 but be prepared to wait in a queue. The other alternative is always the complaints process here: Complaints

Thanks - do you know if there is another way to get in touch as I don't have Facebook or Twitter and the TOBi bot doesn't seem to be working at all (I keep getting a 404 error)

Most companies operate customer service via social media these days, so it's worth setting up an account even if that's all you use it for. Twitter is probably best for this and you can lock things down so that only you and anyone you contact can see it.
The big advantage is that, once you've explained the problem, you can leave it with the team and wait for them to get back to you, rather than sitting on the end of a phone call or chat session.
