We have 3 phones on a small business contract. The network is virtually useless, constantly ending calls, cant hear each other etc. It seems to have gone far worse since vodaphone shut off the 3G network. We have complained regularly and vodaphone want lists of calls made, what network on, times of day etc. I have wasted hours on the phone to customer support who just keep trying the same trouble shooting process. They have said we are due compensation for the lack of service, but nobody will say how much or how it will be paid. Is there any way I can get out of contract early due to poor network. This is having a terrible effect on our business.
