Hi- I just wanted to post a quick message on this forum regarding my recent experience renewing my Pay Monthly contract and upgrading my phone at the Vodafone store in Redcar, North Yorkshire (Unit 23, Regent Walk, Redcar, TS10 3FB). In particular, I want to pass on my sincere appreciation for the great customer service I received from Abbey, the colleague in the store who was handling the process for me.

 

Abbey went above and beyond to secure a really positive outcome to my customer journey, matching me with an upgraded phone and renewed contract plan that are both ideally suited to my needs and exactly what I was hoping for.

 

I had been using Huawei phones for the past several years, and was apprehensive about having to switch manufacturer this time around due to the Google trade dispute issues. In addition, I needed a contract with a generous data allowance, to allow me to stream videos whilst on my daily commute, and also use my phone as a mobile wifi hotspot when working remotely on my laptop.

 

Abbey listened carefully to what I was looking for and the specifications I had in mind, and used her professional knowledge and experience to guide me towards the most suitable options. It was extremely positive experience overall, and I was able to come away very happy with a upgraded Samsung phone and renewed contract. The inclusion of Youtube Premium as bonus perk on top was the icing on the cake, basically.

 

Thanks again to Abbey and the rest of the team in the Redcar store, and I would be grateful if one of the moderators here could make sure my feedback gets passed along through the appropriate channels?
