Hello Team,
We are Compliance Team from Sendinblue a French Emailing service. Recently our customers have reported that their sending through our platform was flag as malicious.
May we know the reason for this flagging and if possible, can you help provide solution direction so we can improve this situation? Our tracking domain is img.mailinblue.com which is used and shared among users.
Any detail is helpful and we promise on proper approach to the issue detected.
Looking forward to your help.
Best regards,

We can check this for you @TerriSib. I've not been able to locate your site with the URL provided. Please check this and pop a fresh link over to us and we'll be happy to take a closer look 🔎

Hello,
Thank you for your help.
We are https://www.sendinblue.com/ and the tracking domain img.mailinblue.com is an independent domain that is used for rewriting any images inside our emails.
If you meant the tracking domain should have a web page live, what exactly you would expect to be on that webpage?
If you meant the exact URL triggering such securenet notification, it's

Thank you very much for getting back to us @TerriSib, the link you've provide appears to an image. It is just that URL your customers have been seeing this with? Are you also able to provide screenshots of the error messages seen when they try to access the link?
Finally, do they experience any issues accessing the your site 👉 https://www.sendinblue.com/

Hello,
Let me clarify it better:
We are an emailing platform so the link provided is a rewritten link using img.mailinblue.com (for tracking purposes) in an email sent through us. The notification is reported by a recipient and probably they are using Securenet. They do not experience issues with sendinblue.com.
For now, the link provided http://img.mailinblue.com/2520615/attachments/Sendinblue.png is what they reported to be warned by Securenet. I'll check with them if there's any other link.
The screenshot of the notification is attached in my first message - I'll attach it here also.

Hello again,
The recipient has provided further details as follow:
- Securenet has blocked most of the images in the email and when clicking the link provided in previous messages, the warning shows up. The recipient has turned off Securenet and all images show up again.
As this might affect other recipients using Securenet so we are concerned about what makes our tracking link trigger the warning. If there's anything we can do to improve the situation, please share with us.
If you need to reproduce the issue or to get the exact notification, I can send a test email to your test mailbox so just let me know.

Hi there @TerriSib - Thank you for sending across those details.
I am on the Vodafone UK network and have SecureNet active on my number, I've been able to load the image link you sent across without receiving the SecureNet error. Your customers that are receiving the error, are they on the Vodafone UK network?
Is this over mobile data or home WiFi?

Hello,
Thanks for your info.
I've tried to gather more info for your checking but there's no other info from the user since then. They disabled Securenet and all went well.
May I know if Secure Net of Vodafone ES (as the user seems to be) is independent from Vodafone UK? If so, I guess my reaching out is irrelevant.
Thank you for your help so far.

Thanks for trying @TerriSib! If the customer is a Vodafone Spain customer they'll need to contact them directly, so their advisers can look into amending the categorisation of the links with their Secure Net app 😊
