Trying to migrate to voxi

I have a pac code 

I’m trying to bring my number to voxi from a pay monthly account from Vodafone. That account was in my husbands name. 


I was told that I didn’t need the pac as Vodafone and Voxi are sister companies, so it will all be swift and easy. 

I knew I had important calls coming through on Friday so I didn’t activate it that day in case I lost service. 

I am terminally ill. 

I activated it on Monday and then found out my health has worsened and the hospital is looking to find me a bed to have a procedure done. The hospital can’t get hold of me. 

I’ve spoken to the people at Voxi in India and they are useless. They keep telling me there is no order for my number to be ported, then there is an order (someone called Kartrik told me he did this on Monday) then my husband needs to speak to them. 

The Vodafone sim is dead. My husband spoke to Vodafone this morning and they said it is nothing to do with them. 

Really grateful for any help. 

Wish I never heard of voxi but I trusted in the process 🙄

they are now trying to tell me that it’s a success that my page ago number which is temporary since Saturday is showing on my pay-as-you-go Sim card in the phone. This is just so pathetic

I have my number back! 
I don’t have the correct amount of data or my refund.

my iMessages aren’t working 

Voxi have refunded me. 
All that’s left (which is a Vodafone thing) is that I am on the BVB which should have been 225 MB daily but I’m only getting 50MB a day. Can you help, please.

As this is a public forum @Shewolf1877, we're unable to help with any account related queries, such as refunds here. I can see you've contacted us through our social channels and @Gemma has picked this up for you. She's looking into this for you and we'll be in touch as soon as we have an update for you.

To be fair we have parked that temporarily as I am not receiving calls now, so that’s more of an urgent issue. I could yesterday and I can still make calls.

I can understand how important having this access is @Shewolf1877. I can see @Gemma is looking into this for you. Please continue to work with her and I'm sure we'll get your services back up and running.

The problem I have now is the telephone number in my phone, it’s still the wrong one. So I’ve been here before this is what happened yesterday.

You certainly have had a lot of problems @Shewolf1877 .

 

This should be simple to solve you just need to change the number on your iphone settings, Settings > phone > my number and make sure the correct number is showing there.  Follow this with synronising to Finder and you should have the correct number showing.

 

I hope everything is solved for you now, you certainly haven't had the best of experiences.
