Hi there,
bit off an odd one. In the last few years I’ve been trying to upgrade several times, given up and went sim only.
I find a deal I like and put it into my basket, I then go onto the next bit and for some reason I have no name.
This means I can’t move on to the next bit. Any time I have been on chats, they tell me to use a different browser or clear my cache. I try all of this and nothing ever actually works and I just give up. It’s completely infuriating being told the same thing over and over again.
Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me?

Yes it’s the chat I had all the issues with. I used it several times and all I was told was to clear the cache or phone them. I also have hearing aids so I try and avoid phone calls. Think this is where the frustration comes from.
