Hi, I'm trying to work out if I have inclusive roaming on my Unlimited Max plan but keep finding conflicting info. I took the plan out in Oct 22 which is outside the dates mentioned on the website for inclusive roaming and the Tobi chat says I need to buy a roaming pass. But in the app it says I have it in 51 countries, as per the screen shot.
I assume the app must be correct and the website has the wrong info on it?

Only the Xtra plans have unlimited roaming @fugu , this is an Extra you can add for £3.50 per month. If you go to SIM only, and select plan details you will be able to roam in Zone A (Ireland and Isle of Man).
If you need clarification it will need account access, speak to Vodafone through Customer Service channels or contact the Social Team through Twitter or Facebook here: Contact Us
edited to add: I notice your screen shot mentions 50 Euro data roaming limit. Unless you are a Vodafone UK customer, you will need to contact Vodafone support for the country. If you were using data roaming on Vodafone UK, this would be restricted to 25GB per monthly billing period.

Hi, yes I am a UK customer. I'll try and contact them direct, seems odd that on my account in the manage controls and extras section it says it's inclusive and has a start date for 07 January 22.

If it says you have roaming in 51 countries then your plan has the feature enabled and you’re good to go.
