Upgrade 3mnth later than it should be.

Has anyone contract end date been 27mnth? I got my new phone in sept 2020 but my app says my end date is December 2022. I also didn’t pay any money to upgrade early. So I don’t understand why it’s December not September. My old contract was also £20 cheaper than my new one.

If you have actioned no changes or upgraded early and you believe the contract end date is longer than it should be @RLM123 then I'd suggest to speak with customer service's to find out what has happened.

I will get in contact with them. As also when I got my phone iPhone 11 Pro it was on for annual upgrade promise. But on my Vodafone app it says I can’t upgrade until December 2022 which isn’t right either.
