Upgrade call - scam?

I received a call from +441494 511522 and +44207097 3789  claiming to be from FoneHouse in connection with my Vodafone account

They said I was eligible for an early upgrade and a new phone. but I had to pay a holding fee for them to send me the phone

I know this has to be a scam - they even sent me a terrible email

is there anything that can be done about this?

Yes there is something you can most certainly do. 

From https://www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy/protecting-you/phishing 

'" If you receive a suspicious email that claims to be from Vodafone, forward it to phishing@vodafone.co.uk – we’ll investigate and try to find out where it came from. "
