Hi, 

I am trying to upgrade my mum's phone for her. When it gets to the checkout page, I click next and it then comes up with the below;

 

"About you

By giving us the below details, you agree to us: running a quick credit check and sending you updates about your order to the email address provided – including your finalised Device Plan documents."
 
I have input all the details but it doesn't show a name and there is no box for me to add a name, therefore the continue box isn't highlighted because of this. Can anyone help?

When an upgrade is competed @oliviaw the best way is through the online account, if you are upgrading through the website and  selected 'as an existing customer' you would have been redirected to log in to the account with user name and password, this way Vodafone will have all the information needed.  There is further information here Existing Customers 

 

Try clearing your cookies and cache and try again, if you continue to have problems live chat or Customer Services are there to help and they can even do the upgrade but would need to speak to the account holder.
