Using Data abroad

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, new to the forum.

I have just joined Vodafone, pay monthly, 6GB red contract - boosted to 30GB data. I am trying to work out if i can use my inclusive data in the USA?

Every time I try to look I find the list of 50 odd countries (Mainly Europe) it says I can use it in, with a fairness cap of 25GB but then it says Vodafone red can be used in a further 20 some countries, including Canada, USA etc. Is this my plan or red entertainment etc etc?

Please see below.  As you can see with your price plan you will be charged £6.00 per day for use in the US, there us no charge for incoming. 

I would recommend putting your phone on offline mode and using WiFi where available.

Looking at what Vodafone UK would charge @OjB123 I'd be more inclined to ensure my phone was unlocked to all Network's and use a local sim card for data usage.

If you have a dual hybrid sim phone that takes two sim cards would be ideal.
