Vodafone Basics Sim Only Tariff- After 12 months?

What happens after 12 months on a "Basics" Sim Only Tariff? can you stay on the contract or do you have to move on to a more "standard" deal?

Can you sign up for another 12 months or is it then rolling each month, or do you have to leave it.
