Does anyone else find the vodafone website totally unreliable? For me it's down for maintanence more often than it's working. And even when it is working, there's always some part of it that's broken, not working, or times out. I only visit the website fairly infrequently - maybe once a month or less, mainly to download my bill etc. Yet I still find it's hardly ever working properly. I've never known anything IT related this bad, not since computer games came on audio cassettes in the 1980's!
Is it me that finds it this bad, or is it the same for everyone?

I've not experienced issues myself @mikeb2 but we have from time to time seen posts similar to yours.
Sometimes clearing caches and cookies etc can help.

Ignore bofb Its been crap for the last 20 years. Ive never been able to upgrade using the website as there are always missing links or the ooops something went wrong page.
It is quite possibly the worst service website out of the ones I use. Don't get me started on the app as its not available for business users, even though last month they had a promotion available for everyone including business users, but ! You had to use the app! Honestly you couldn't make it up !
How can a business that specialise in communication struggle so badly to communicate?
The one thing they are good at is reception coverage.

I would agree with you both! The Vodafone website is both unreliable and slow all round, always has been.
Errors are frequent but it's so much more problematic for Pay Go users going by my experiences.

Hello,
It has been the same for me ever since I joined Vodafone which is many years ago. I marvel at this massive technologically-based company that cannot put its own website in order. If I were CTO there, I couldn't look myself in the mirror. Vodafone Board members - please raise this ridiculous situation and push VF to fix it!!! We customers seem not to count.

Hi @Nigel_15192 Thanks for your message. We appreciate it's important that our website works to it's fullest. Whenever you're having an issue, please feel free it to raise to our team over on our social channels to investigate. If required we can then raise to our technology teams.

Hi Janey, Thanks for your positive reply, The reality is that the website more often than not indicates that is unable to access the information and, if I raised an issue every instance, it would eat up my work time. I'm just glad that Vodafone seems to be a good company in other respects.

As @Janey mentioned @Nigel_15192 if you're having an issue with your online account/My Vodafone app, we'd need you to reach out to us via our social channels and we'll take a look into this. We're currently unaware of any major issues or outages relating to online accounts or the app. I've just checked mine and both seem to be working as expected. If you're experiencing any issues let us know and we'll be more than happy to help.
