Vodafone disconnected my Account and Number for no reason

I have been having issues with my service lately and have contacted customer service numerous time to try to resolve.  I was sent a new sim 2 weeks ago which I activated and thought that would solve the issue but it didn't.  My next call to customer services last week informed me that the activation hadn't worked properly and I would need to be reconnected to the masts (?) and that would fix it.  I was told to turn my phone off for 30 mins and turn it on again and it would be fixed.  That didn't completely fix the issue but I thought I would give it some time.  However, today my phone has been disconnected completely and my account could not be found by the customer services representative I was speaking to.  How has this happened?  My bill is fully paid each month so it's not a billing issue.  I've gone from poor service to absolutely no service.  When will my phone be reconnected and how do you intend to reduce my bill for the inability to use my phone for the past few weeks?

As this needs Account Access which isn't available via this forum @femalealert  I would suggest trying the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

I'd suggest Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

For a Goodwill Gesture when this gas been resolved I'd suggest complaints 

Sometimes things do go wrong which I'm sure many accept. 

 

It's then down to how this is put right which instils confidence back into the product and services.

Thanks.  I have tried contacting on Twitter which appeared to be ignored and I have now just tried facebook.  I just can't understand how my account was classed as inactive when I have been complaining about the service the past few weeks.
