Vodaphone MyMobile password

Trying to reset My Mobile password, but each time I get an email from Vodafone with a temporary password its not there.

Tried several times but no success and cant speak to an advisor either

I'm not familiar with this, but the Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter should be able to set you right.
