We have also seen that in some cases when a person has turned Off the filter it's still showing as On at Vodafone's end.
Speak with customer services on 191, Live Chat or the Social Media Team's via Twitter or Facebook and they'll access your account to check. Unfortunately Account Access isn't available via this forum.
