As lockdown is coming and I have ordered a device which is on back order, why can I not change my delivery method from store to home?

There's been past similar posts @Brobeee and I think it's to do with logistics and security etc.
I assume you've spoken to customer service already with you saying " why can I not change my delivery method from store to home? "
If you haven't yet then it won't harm to ask them on 191 or Live Chat.
