I've a pay monthly account, and I suddenly can't make outgoing calls or texts. I've checked my account, and it says "service barred". My payments are up to date, I pay by DD, so I don't understand?! How do I get this lifted please, preferably without phoning and being in an endless queue.

Hi @ANDSBWILLIAMS that does sound a little odd. Are you currently roaming and have exceeded a fair usage policy at all? If you can send us over a message on social media, we'll be more than happy to take a closer look.

No endless queues - its just your excuse! You do have a control panel where you will be able to control all the bars, if your bill is paid and you not hit any fair usage its no reason why they need to bar your account!
