Please help.
Phone locked.
Switching to EE.
New sim not recognised.
Have NUC from Vodafone and PUK from EE. Phone still locked.
It's been a month.
I'm a neurosurgeon. I need a functioning phone.

What I think you also need from the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as well as the Nuc you already have now is called a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code.
Which is needed sometimes with a Samsung phone to unlock it to all network's.
The Puk isn't needed as this is to unblock a sim card due to the sim pin 4 digit being inputted too many times when the sim pin security feature has been activated. It's basically designed to stop a person using your sim card in another phone @greenwayfay and had nothing to do with unlocking a phone. It's probably the phone getting confused.
