Has anyone had any luck in unlocking an old corporate phone?

I have read other posts here but there is no definitive answer.  Two people did get theirs unlocked but they didn't say how. 

I have tried both NUC forms online but no luck. 

I have tried Chat online (for 3 hours) but no luck

I have used a Voxi sim in the phone for 4 years and it was fine.  4 years ago they said I had to use a PAYG sim to unlock it before moving to VOXI.  I did that. 

Now moving to ID mobile and the phone is locked

Any help?
