I have galaxy A20e is locked to Vodaphone, I put in EE SIM but get enter SIM network PUK tried unlock code sent from Vodaphone but just get unlock unsuccessful.

Hi @Annon a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) is different to an NUC (Network Unlock Code). If your device is requesting for a PUK, you'll need to request this from your current network provider.
