Help MCK code needed

I have been trying to a mck code and keep getting sent NUC codes. This is costing me money as I'm now paying for more contracts than I need.

There does seem to be confusion from Customer support when a person needs a MCK as well as the Nuc in order to unlock typically a Samsung phone @Dataylkr9533 

Thankfully Vodafone should be providing phone's already unlocked out of the box as per ofcoms ruling so a Nuc etc is no longer needed.

I have seen past posts where a person has ultimately resorted to using a reputable online unlocking site or Highstreet Shop that advertises they unlock phone's to get the job done bit that does come with a nominal fee.
