Vodafone sent me an NUC for my S10 several weeks ago. It didn't work ! I was told as a business customer that i should not use the web for (even though it has an option for small businesses). They raised a request for a master code the same day and said it would be 4-10 working days.
When this time period elapsed i contacted Vodafone and they said it would be another 7-10 working days. As this has happened before i raised a complaint. I now have it in writing just this week from Vodafone Customer Relations <directorsupport(at)care.vodafone.co.uk> that "the maximum lead time is in fact a pathetic 40 working days !!! If it goes over the 10 days they just add another 10 days then when that time limit expires, they add another 20 days. Why do they mislead customers with false information and just "hope" the master code comes through within 10 days !!
