2 years ago we had so much trouble unlocking phones (it took 3 months for some) that after escalating a complaint to the directors office we were awarded financial compensation. I am in process of trying to unlock another Samsung S10 and the same disorganised shambles has occurred. 12 working days after requesting a Master unlock code (the NUC issued from the website didn't work) I have been told that it will be another 15-20 WORKING DAYS before the code would be available. Therefore this process is broken at Vodafone .... it works sometimes but not others. Therefore my advice is to request an NUC and unlock your phone even if you do not need it unlocked at this time. This is because when you do need it unlocked it can take literally months to happen. It saves the hassle later on, plus increases the resale value. 😁
