Is A Straightforward Sim Switch Needed Or To Be Unlocked?

My Nephew has just moved here from Fiji and on the vodaphone Fiji network. He wants to switch to vodaphone UK, is it just a straight sim swap or will his phone need to be unlocked as he has an oppo mobile?

Hi @NicolaK. Your Nephew will have to check if his phone is unlocked first to make sure the UK SIM cards work on his phone, this can be done by inserting any Vodafone or UK SIM card in the phone and see if it works, if it does that means the phone us unlocked and can place an order with us.
