Hi, I am reaching out here out of desperation. I requested the MCK code from the support team 5 weeks ago and I was told I would receive the code within 24 - 48 hours. I heard nothing back.
Yesterday I again reached out to support to ask for the code again. The representative said they have marked this as urgent and I would hear back by the end of the day. Yet again, no code was received. I again went back onto the support chat this morning to ask for an update and I was again told to wait 24 hours.
I even requested to speak to a manger about this but they couldn't have been any more rude and unwilling to help if they tried.
I really shouldn't have to go into a phone repair store and pay them to unlock MY phone but I don't think I have any other options unless someone here knows of a number to call or another method to have this escalated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
