Since Xmas eve 2019 I have tried to unlock my old S8 phone from Vodafone so I can sell it......I requested the NUC.....it was wrong....now old S8 is locked....reading forums....this is a very common issue at Vodafone....I have the

" new NUC "....We shall see.....I still need to unlock phone.....HELP!!!! Vodafone customer support is useless!!!

As there is no account access via this forum anymore @s107230  you'll need to speak with customer service or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

I appreciate your frustrated with this but your request can't be helped via this forum.
