I switched from Vodafone to EE at the beginning of September not realising that I needed an NUC code to unlock my phone so I could use the sim from EE. I applied for the code and received an email that it would take 10 days. I’m still waiting. To make matters worse, I was disconnected from yourselves on 3 September so I have not been able to make or receive calls or texts except over the internet. I have tried to ring but as soon as I enter my mobile number, the automated message doesn’t recognise the number as presumably I’m disconnected from your service. Could somebody please point me in the right direction as I’m going round In circles.

Hi @Conchie64, when did you complete the form to request your NUC? The team is currently working at 11 - 14 working days to get these codes to our customers. It could be worth keeping an eye on your junk e-mail folders, just to make sure it's not been sent there 🙂
