NUC Didnt unlock my phone and PUk is not working

I have just recently switched to another provider so had to unlock my phone however when entering the NUC code is went straight to getting blocked and the new sims puk code isnt working either.

Are you attempting to unlock a Samsung phone by any chance ?

If so you may need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code from customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as well as the Nuc.

A PUK is only typically needed if a person has turned the sim pin security feature On in the phone and then forgotten the 4 digit pin code and then blocks the sim card.

This does not block a phone and isn't needed in regards to unlocking a phone to all networks. 

May I assume your currently in the Uk and the non Vodafone sim card is activated i.e connects to mobile data etc.

Please be careful not to key in the Nuc too many times if its not accepting the code as this can hardlock the phone and then it would need to be sent away by Vodafone to have its counter reset.

A person only has around 5 attempts.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams can have the Nuc checked for you.
