NUC Unlock code not working

Hi,

I have requested and received a code to unlock my Vodafone to use with another provider. I have put my sim card into the phone, attempted to enter the unlock code and it does not work! I have checked the IMEI number is correct. Can someone please help me with this?

If your phone is a Samsung then you may also need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code from Vodafone customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum anymore so your Nuc can't be checked from here.

If its not a Samsung and your using an alternative Network Sim Card that is activated and your in the Uk then please do check in with the Vodafone Social Media Teams for them to check.
