Vodafone like to do this hoping you'll return to their network they clearly haven't dealt with me, I'll make sure they are investigated by the higher aboves and if I have a case then I shall take them to court

The quicker ofcom pushes for unlocked out of the box phone's the better in my opinion.
However as the Vodafone Social Media Team's here can't access accounts via posts from this forum to get them to help you'll need to contact the team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

Even then the social team tell me that the customer relations team are the highest level and they cannot do any thing more, it's a shame that they arenet helpful

It’s very bad service. I own the phone I have paid it it. It can only use on Vodafone. They have me trapped. I will be escalating to ombudsman
not good Vodafone !

Exactly how I feel and it's shame ombudsman can't investigate till its been 2 months
