Need Mastercode to unlock Samsung Galaxy Note8

I am going around in circles trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy Note8. Conversations with Vodafone end in  sending me NUC and PUK codes that DON'T work. I  need a MASTER unlock code for my Samsung device and nobody wants to give it to me!

I have read other posts and Tash says contact Vodafone through Facebook but I get the automated messages that send me around the same routes.

If there is a real person that receives these messages, if so, please please tell me how to get the mastercode. My blood pressure is sky high now!!

Yes the Social Media Teams via Twitter or Facebook Messenger can help and you do get through to a person when you choose an option to send a message.

It is an automated message and it keeps telling me the same thing which doesn't apply to me!

Hi @JulieBonnar - When direct messaging us on Facebook and Twitter please select 'Get Started' then 'Asked to DM' to get through to an adviser. If you do not see these options, just type 'Asked to DM' and this will automatically route you through to an adviser and they will pick your message up as soon as possible.
