Nuc code not working

hi got nuc code but can't get it to unlock phone! have tried 4 times and checked to make sure it is the right code and imei number!

Which make and model of phone are you wanting to unlock @Burmdv  ?

I ask because for example some Samsung phones also need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code as well as the Nuc which is available via Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams.

I'd suggest to use Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

Also don't try too many times or you may hardlock the phone which means it'll then need sending away viab Vodafone to have the counter reset so you can try again.
