Unlock Phone

Hi, my phone is a replacement phone provided through vodafones business replacement service, I got this last year, and have had no interest in it being locked, however, I plan to visit the U.S.A soon, and would like to use a local carrier there, however my phone is SimLocked, and when trying to unlock it via the website, it tells me my phone is not originally supplied by Vodafone, which I find odd, after looking deeper, my phone is locked to '55 - EMEA Service' and I have no way of taking this off, and I desperately need it removed, any help appreciated!

Hi @krenz Looking into a EMEA Service Lock, this would indicate the phone is locked to a location, the location purchased in, not the network bought from or used on. The device manufacturer may be able to provide further guidance on this.
