I have a phone locked to Vodafone and used a PAYG Sim for 30 days. I had topped up with 5 pounds. I completed the online form but was told that I had not used the SIM for 30 days. The first person I spoke to on chat said this was incorrect and said she updated my account. She told me to apply again but I received the same automated email.
I contacted online chat again and was told I could only unlock if I purchased a bundle but would then have to wait a further 30 days.
This seems wrong. Has anybody else had the same experience?

Hi @TKR
As you've topped up by £5 i assume you've used that top up credit etc.
No you don't need a Big Value Bundle to enable unlocking.
What I'd say is speak with the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries to see if they can help.
I have seen the odd post where a person says an agent has been able to give a Nuc over the phone via 191 or Live Chat.
Please don't apply too many times for a Nuc as this can look like fraud and cause further issues.
Another option is to use a Highstreet Store that advertises they unlock phones however they would charge you.
A Vodafone Highstreet Store canjot help however.

Thanks for the useful replies.
Yes, I used some of the £5 initial top up and Vodafone have a record of my calls etc.
I will contact Vodafone through the social media channels as suggested but happy to receive any further suggestions!
Thanks again.

No worries @TKR
As there is no account access via this forum anymore the suggestions already supplied should help steer you to get this resolved.
