Used all NUC attempts

I need to unlock my Sony Xperia 5 but I have used all my NUC attempts with codes from Vodafone that didn't work. How do I reset the number of tries?

This sounds like the phone is now Hard Locked @Link_9000 

If so then Vodafone would need to send the phone off for the counter to be reset.

Any Vodafone Highstreet Store can send it  away for you.

Tip 》Take time and date stamped pictures of the phone to show its aesthetic condition and one of it turned On.

Have the Vodafone employee note down the condition of the phone on their systems too. This is just precautionary.
