unlock code incorrect for nokia TA1060

my unlock code supplied by vodaphone does not work to unlock a Nokia TA-1060 this was taken to local vodaphone store who would not help but local phone store confirmed imei number correct and said the code must be wrong i requested the code again to check and it came back the same can you help?
