I bought a Curve a couple of years ago when I was not a mobile customer of VF. I set up and used the Curve with my email address.
In the meantime I ported my mobile number to VF and now, the SmartApp seems to recognise that and wants me to sign in with my mobil number.
Of course the mobile number has nothing to do with the original Curve account that was set up. How do I get around this?
