Hi and Welcome to the eForum.
I too use a Windows phone. The Nokia Lumia 425.
It does seem to feel that the App's for Windows phones do trail the other platforms.
It is however steadily improving in their App Store.
Which type of Apps do you want / need ?

Hi
I do agree the Windows Platform does seem to trail behind the rest.
I'm curious - does this app help you ?https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/my-vodafone/9nblggh0b1dw

That app is for the Czech republic.
Why Vodafone hasn't developed an app for the WP platform is a question we often ask, and havent had a proper answer. It's very strange given that other countries have developed such an app.

Yes this is a ludicrious situation I have been asked for error snapshots which I have supplied to Vodafone tech team uk and still no resolution.
I cannot understand why I can download the MyVodafone app for other countries but not for the UK.
This has been I going for a number of months both microsoft and Vodafone seem I'm concerned.
I tried to see if Microsoft windows mobile can be bought on Vodafone couldn't find one!

Welcome to the eForum.
Unfortunately our My Vodafone app isn't currently supported on Windows phones.
We don't have any plans to make this available at the moment, however should this change in the future we'll update the website with further information.

So Voadfone UK are very happy to take my mony for a Windows Phone, but cant be bothered to support it. Even though most of the other UK mobil providers have.
Classic case of corporate arrogance at work.
