Hi @goudd. Thanks for reaching out about this! The original device owner would need to get in touch with us and complete an Unlock Code Request. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to unlock the phone without the previous owner contacting us.
I'd advise returning the phone to CeX if you are wanting to use another carriers SIM in the device. Sorry if this isn't the answer you wanted!
