Apple Watch Cellular Issues

So I’ve bought a new Apple Watch cellular and I’ve been trying to add it to my Vodafone One Number account. When I try to add the watch it keeps coming up saying that I’ve reached the limit on the number of devices allowed; however it’s not on any other devices. (See screenshot) Customer Service have been useless and keep telling me that it will take 24 hours to change over but of course that’s not worked. 

Does anyone know what else I can try?

@khakilad The Watch you're currently trying to pair, is this a new Watch to replace an exisiting Watch or OneNumber subscription attached to the primary line?
