Calls from 111 and 999

I can’t receive calls from 111 and 999, is it my phone or my network?

Call's from the emergency services don't appear as if they're coming from the emergency number - From personal experience they appear to be witheld (at the time I had witheld numbers auto-reject which makes it memorable, but that's a different story).

From 111 the only experience I have was from an on-call doctor to talk to me about something, which again didn't come from the number 111, but from the surgeries landline number.

Hi @genc6, is this on your mobile phone or your landline phone? Are you able to make calls to the 111 and 999 numbers? Without giving any personal information or situations, how do you know that you can't receive the calls?

I too got same problem but kmspico it got solved after a while. I received the calls!
