Hi @FragiLimbel
If the iphone came direct from Vodafone it will already be unlocked and all that will be needed will be to insert an alternative network SIM in the phone and synchronise to itunes.
You are able to use any SIM in a contract phone, it's an airtime contract only.

You can use your Vodafone sim card in any phone that will accept it @FragiLimbel
i.e and unlocked to all networks phone or locked to Vodafone phone.
As this is a business company sim however it may be worth just checking that they are happy with you using your own phone especially if they have any company encryption or security software to keep their company details safe and private.
Vodafone are not concerned what phone is used with their sim cards.
