Hi there, has anyone on Vodafone been able to send or receive SMS messages on their Apple Watch? I'm having trouble with mine where I can't send or receive messages. Whenever I try, I get a "Message not Delivered" and a red exclamation mark. Even when someone sends me a message, it doesn't get delivered. I've already reached out to Vodafone support and they suggested that I unpair my Apple Watch and then pair it again, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the issue. I've also tried restarting both my Apple Watch and iPhone, but it still doesn't work. I'm still able to make and receive phone calls on my Apple Watch, and mobile data is working, just not messages. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Apple Watch and iPhone are on the latest software, iOS 16.5 and watchOS 9.5.1

Hi @CallumR I phoned Vodafone today on 191 and they said they need to do another sim swap, even though I’ve done this twice before hopefully it should be fixed after the third sim swap. If you are able to check to see if the latest sim swap is being done I would appreciate it.
