Following porting from Lyca to Vodafone, I haven’t been receiving any text messages. I have switched off the phone several times and it’s been days since the switch. Can this be rectified pls?

I would suggest to contact Vodafone Customer Services vja 191 or Live Chat and ask them to check if your experiencing a split port.
Also check your text messaging centre number in the phone's settings.
